Red Rushes not converting video

Have latest version of Red sftware and am trying to convert .r3d to a QT in Red Rushes and it is only doing the audio? Have not changed any settings and it has always worked for me - am I missing a setting that might have gotten changed - dont see anything, but getting desperate to have this for a client.

is it only doing the audio, or is it exporting black video as well?

what firmware was the camera when you shot? if it's Build 30 they say red rushes will not work. Use Redcine-X.

Firmware is not 30. and no black video, just audio.

Are all the clips like that or just certain one?

Are you on Snow Leopard for just Leopard? and your QT version?
