RED Rocket™ Driver won't install

Has anyone run into this issue? I installed the RED Rocket™ PCI card, and the SDI card exactly as the pdf instructed me to, powed CPU on, installed driver 1.0.5, it gives me a 'install successful' page with a 'shutdown' button. I shut down, the turn cpu back on in 1 minute - check 'about this mac'/PCI Cards -and it shows the PCI card in the list and driver not installed.

So, if you upgrade your OS, it will fix this problem.

What Mac Pro and OSX version are you running? What slot do you have the RED Rocket installed in?
