Hi, if anyone has a red rocket to sale for our mac pro. we are on a shoot right now and just a bit lost in data.
just if it would be available for fast shipping to Germany.

:emote_couch: (you guys think two solite state 512gb harddrives would speed things up too??? Even when we not
reinstall the programs to it and just use it as a cache for cineXpro and finalcutX.
Would be easier to get.)

xx

Alexander

Solids state will help with transfer speeds, while the red rocket will help with conversion times.
If you feel that offloading the REDmags is too slow, SSDs and a usb3 it thunderbolt (no FireWire 800) will help.
If creating ProRes from the R3D files is too long or viewing your R3D files in full or 1/2 rez is too long, then use a REDrocket.
