Hi There.
I recently upgraded my PC and changed from
win 7 home premium
GTX 580
16 GB ram
i7 extreme
Red Rocket
( i had no problem with this configuration, everything was running smooth )
to
win 7 professional
GTX 780 ti
32 GBram
i7 extreme
Red Rocket
i made clean windows reinstall and installed all the drivers for HW. after i plugged in the RR my system started to be very slow. even the Internet connection slowed down. i tried installing the RR drivers. was successful after few hours but with no effect on the slow performance. when i unplug the RR everything goes with no problem. after i plug it back.i have -80% performance drop. and from 60 Mbit internet i have 2-6 Mbit. i really don't understand what is happening. i have already issued a ticket on Red site. do anybody here happen to help me a bit with this struggle?

- i Have recent Firmware on RR, and it is plugged in PCI 16 port- the same as before
