I am having an issue with my rocket not being recognized by Red Cine X.
My system pref tells me that the rocket is installed and what slot it is in but when I start Red Cine or Red Code neither recognize that there is a rocket in my system. On occasion I can get this to fix by a shut down but it hasn't worked this time. I have also been on occasion getting glitchy frames from the rocket, as if it is overlaying portions of the video onto itself when I playback and render the files but only when the Rocket is in use. I have been at this for 3 hours and am at my wits ends right now. Any Help would be appreciated.
My system is:
Macbook Pro 2011
Sonnet Echo express pro connected through thunderbolt
Running OSX 10.7.5
Rocket Firmware is up to date
Red Cine is up to date
