Just one lane... it might work, but maybe unsexy slow...

Its not a thread hijack but one question...

So a portable, with 2x PCIe v.2 x16 and one PCIe x4 able to accommodate an nvidia and the REDrocket, with on board Li-ion UPS for 2 - 3 hours of run time, universal power in 90V - 260V, a quad core 2 duo, SSD boot disk, dual CF card readers, removable 512Gb SSD drive with hardware raid 1, retractable 12" Led LCD daylight bright, DVI, HDMI, HD-SDI outputs, wifi, waterproof illuminated keyboard, waterproof case, shock proof, operated without the need of a table... and many more...

It would be a good idea?

It will have the same size and concept as this portable disk array prototype... which is carry-on IATA compatible...

That already has 4.5 hours autonomy... in 6TB... for on-set usage...
