Red Rocket installed RedCine doesn't see it.

I installed the Red Rocket and Windows 7 (64bit) sees the card. Redcine X saw it on first start up but would only play the files in 1/8 resolution. Suggestions before I pull the card and start again? Someone suggested that I had to activate the card but can't find any function, menu or otherwise to do that.

Help.

Yes. I installed the latest drivers. RedCine recognized it yesterday but today nothing. Windows sees the card and says its working but the software doesn't.

A system reboot seemed to cure the issue today. Hopefully that's all it is.
