  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Red rocket export problems.

I've seen a lot of back transcodes but I've never seen this before. Any thoughts/insight would be much appreciated.

Bad copy frame, sometimes the card reader gets overheated and errors like this occur.
I use an USB2.0 card reader, it's slower, but it's safer, not as hot.
 
I have something similar happening. Corrupted export from Red Rocked but when I export the same segment again, it looks good or problem shows up minutes later. Tech told me to install latest software and if that doesn't work, take the card out of computer and re-seat it. I have not tried either, but you may try that.

I will keep you posted about my findings.
