Red Rocket and Lacie 324?

Anybody using this combo via RR DVI? Is it even possible?

It's a decent 10-bit display, I'm just wondering if anybody used it with the RR and what the results were.

DVI is only 8 bits even though the panel may be 10 bits.

"10-bit gamma correction for smooth colors", but the display has 16.7 million colors (true 8-bit)...
