Red reps, any good to borrow just for a day or two?

I dont want to shout out this as a big complaint. But I think I have little trouble to reach my rep from time to time. I tried to reach mine since monday and today I got an automessage that he/she is out of office until tomorrow. I got an replacement meanwhile that I have mailed. I have not heard anything yet. All I need is a status update or anything. I need an update on when I can expect to be rolling again.
