Hello everyone,
I have a RED RAVEN with the V lock Expander,
I am not able to output an HDMI signal to a monitor, I have went through the menus and settings many times and could not find anything to make it work or enable it
SDI output happens automatically as soon as I plug in the cable.

thoughts?

Thanks
Ed

If you power the camera with the HDMI cable plugged in, you have to unplug, and replug the cable. Then it should work. Every time you shut down the camera you have to unplug and replug the cable to make it work (turning it on again) Drove me nuts until I figured this out. Hope this helps

One thing I did discover is that the Raven seems to output 1080p60 from the HDMI. Not sure if there is a way to change it, but many monitors won't accept a 60p signal (mine wouldn't, at least).

My workaround was to drop to 720p and all is well. No such issue with the SDI.

Remsy, you don't see an option to change the refresh rate? Dropping it down to 30Hz might also help.
