  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. I have offered plenty of suggestions to this productions and passed on much of the info here. They also claim they are reading this thread. I guess if they want to step forward and identify themselves, it's up to them to do it. I'm washing my hands of it -- they already bought the RAM drive the second it fell into the pool.

Shit happens, that's all. I've destroyed my share of gear on my own projects. I just started this thread because I thought it was kinda funny. Not much to it, someone was careless and dropped the media. Hopefully they had the camera better protected.

Can be rescued. Time is of essence as corrosion sets in quickly.

1. Pull it appart to tiniest bits.
2. Displace water with isopropyl aclohol by dunking all the bits.
3. Dry.
4. Put it all back together.

As long as there was no power, you have good chance all will be fine.
Just make sure that plastic bits are not dissolved in alcohol.
