Hi,
I have a dead RED hard drive with rushes on it and we thought we would try a data recovery specialist to try to see if the data is intact on the drive.
But I don't know if the drive is RAID 0 (stripped) or RAID 1 (mirrored) or some other more complex RAID configuration.
If it is something relatively simple then recovery might be possible but if it is a proprietary RAID environment it might not be so easy I just don't know and hope that someone here can help us understand what is possible.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Alan
