So the 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 100mm and 300mm are all available now, right? 18mm in the prototype phase. 14mm, 21mm and 65mm in the pipeline.

Now, no complaints. This is an amazing assortment of glass. Just wanted to say that first.

Does anyone know if there's any plan to release something between the 100mm and 300mm? Cause the 180mm Ultra Prime seems to be sitting there like a bottle waiting for Red to pick up another softball.

I personally would have loved to see the 100 replaced with a 135 in the standard set.

the glass is marvelous, though. And heavy.

Yeah, 135mm or 150mm with the new S35 sensor size seems like it would be a nice place to work, too.

Yeah, a 14mm Red Pro Prime is in the works but after that I would love to see a 180mm or 200mm 1.9 as well. Not only do I like the 180mmm personally but my clients have requested for this lens more than the others. The other focal lengths like a 21 or 65 are nice, but my clients appear very satisfied with the standard 25, 35, 50, 85 and 100 (and soon 18mm). Besides the 14 and 180, the only other one would be a 135mm on my list of "to get" lenses. For the last feature the director really wanted a 180/200 to go with the RPP set. I was almost going to get the Nikkor 200mm since it is the cheapest used 200mm t2.0 option at the moment.

A 135mm with Macro (i.e. the Cooke S4) is a standard item when I shoot. You have to be covered for that CU that no-one planned for.

On that matter... I got my set of RPPs last week, and gladly noticed that they have an excellent close focus or MOD compared to Ultra Primes or Cooke S4s. The 25 and 35mm have a MOD of less than 8cm (just over 3"); the 50mm has a MOD of some 14cm (less than 6") and gives a frame of 8x4cm (3"x1.5") at close focus... not macro of course but very useful indeed.

Diopter in the pocket? A cheat perhaps. I'd like to see some nice ones for comparison.

You can't go wrong with a 200mm T2 Nikkor, it's one of my favorite optics and it's a steal thees days, you can find them for $3000 with a Century conversion or $4-5K completely rehoused. Either way the optics are 1st class and I don't see matching RPPs a problem.

YES ! I have a Nikkor 200 T2 and it's a stupid good lens.

These RPP's are really nice lenses. The spacing is a bit odd. The 100 seems a waste of a slot, unless it ends up being a 14 lens set eventually. Id be very happy to see the 18mm and then a longer lens ideally a 135mm then back up and do a 14mm.

Its all good.

Here is the release order:

25mm
35mm
50mm
85mm
100mm

4-6 months later

18mm
21mm
65mm
120mm
140mm

couple of months after that...

14mm

thats from an earlier post of Jim.
the 18mm completes a basic set, 100mm is also neccessary, but i´d be fine if 120 and 140mm would be changed in 135 and 180mm, i use the both of them a lot.
21 is great, 14mm will be great as well, 65 sounds also good to me :)
