I am selling my RED PRO 17-50mm zoom in PL mount. f2.8 / T2.9. This is the last version of the lens w/114mm front. I am the second owner. This is my personal lens - never rented. The lens was completely rebuilt by the RED Service Center in LA. Upon purchase I sent it to RED for a full service and internal cleaning. They were not satisfied with the cleaning of the front element so I had it replaced. The lens has been re-greased, all mechanics checked for alignment and collimated. The exterior is pristine.
Included is a new Bright Tangerine MisFit Atom wide angle 114mm clamp-on lens hood. Accommodates 4x4 & 4x5.65 filters and has the anti-reflective angled filter holder option option. (purchased for $639 from AbleCine) Bright Tangerine rod supports & additional stages can be added.
Over $5,300.00 invested. Asking $4,000.00. The lens is essentially priced at only $3,400.00 plus the value of the hood.
