We will post the price list on www.red.com about 5pm PST today. All reservation holders from 1-1460 will receive a one time "reservation allowance" to be used when purchasing accessories for the RED ONE camera. This "allowance" amount will be deducted from the total purchased package price.

Jim

Very nice. Don't forget to include pricing for red branded leather jackets... those will sell like hotcakes.

Is this in addition to the already included accessories like the LCD, or does the credit replace it?

I've been working too long today, not sure I follow the whole allowance thing entirely will this be explained more come 5pm?

Well duh, of course it will be I need to sleep... shame I'll be up till about 5 am working

And is it correct that PST is now on daylight savings time, meaning the prices is to be announced in less than an hour? (anyone from the Pacific time zone)

Fun and goodness. Thanks Jim. Will the one time amount be posted at Red.com for all to turn green over? Or will we see it here?

Thanks for the update, Jim.

BTW, the hour changed this weekend at the United States, right?

By now, what time is it? (in order to check with the GMT)

EDIT -- Yeah, I mean PST 'cause you have a lot of them... :)

It's about 4:10 PM right now. Time.gov also has the correct time for the Pacific time zone.

We will email the reservation holders the amount... and I'll post it here (but not on www.red.com). No point in rubbing it in...

Jim

Thanks guys. :-)

We will use that allowance well.

Thank you very much.

Thanks, Jim! I can't wait to see the documentary on RED, it will set a new precedence on how to develop and deliver a revolutionary product! Hopefully more companies will adopt a VOC approach!

It's about a half hour drive to get home from work. I guess I'll just have to stick around and see what happens. Well worth it...
