RED preferred LTO3 Back-up

Along with our post-production sister company, we are currently investigating our needs for upgrading our workflow in preparation for the delivery of our RED's next month. Is there a better data back-up/storage option other than LTO3? Also, what specific company's hardware is recommended for trouble free workflow with RED data?

Connects via Gigabit Ethernet to any computer, PC, MAC, desktop, laptop, etc. And from the sound of things, certain tools are coming soon from the likes of Offhollywood and others, which will make using this drive for Red workflow and data management even better.
