Red One SSD

[Philip Schneider]

Hi,
years ago i shot with red one on CF card an HDs.
Now i saw some Red Ones with SSD drive.
Is it the "normal" 1.8 SSD that`s compatible with DSMC 1 ?

best regards

Philip

You can upgrade the red one side module from the cf to ssd. It may be the best upgrade that ever happened to the red one. Yes is uses the 1.8" ssd. Same as DSMC 1.

ok thanks.
i only ask because of the media. I own epic and a scarlet so i can give a friend of mine my 1.8 SSDs for his one mx.

ONLY 64GB/128GB cards are compatible SSD's. 240's don't work with the module

Not sure about the "240's" but the 256 gb 1.8" work quite well.
