Today I had a very serious failure with my RED ONE... The logo on the front came off all of the sudden and it's not like I've been punishing the camera or anything. :clown2:

Maybe the guys at RED should look into sticking the logo onto the camera with something a little more sticky - like glue? I've heard this is a very common problem :)

Luckily, mine is skewed - the words RED ONE are in the 10 o'clock position.
the skew prevents any unwanted behaviors...

It happened to mine RED already but you should know that the thing is made in Singapore.

I don't like that logo there anyways, people who don't know the camera always try and press it to see if its a button...

Maybe RED should make it a button that sprays pepper spray from bellow the lens mount. This way You can use it for self-defense against an attacker (or mad director), while those trying to push it (on camera that is not theirs and they don't understand) gets what they deserve... :clown2:

when I took mine out of the box, the logo fell off. Fortunately it's the only thing that fell off so far. Now if I could just get my dovetail to release without having to pry it open with a flatblade scredriver, that would be awesome. I'm afraid to cut the pad down since I do get solid tripod action.
