red one mx fan wont shut off while recording?

any ideas I haven't shot my red one in a while but don't remember the fan going while recording is it supposed too or no? If not How do if not how do i fix it?

My recollection is that it always shut off during shooting. Other than that, not sure what to say. :huh:

Depends on the settings (System -> Setup -> Maintenance -> Fan). For example, if set to Hot it runs all the time at max speed. So the first thing could be to check that setting.
