Reluctantly, reality states that I must free up capital to make the move south. Although never intended to part with Dunsmore, it is time to do so, and still respect Jim's request to retain the R1 until the Epic-X Stage II was complete. I received my Epic today, so honor is fulfilled. Again, never wanted to sell it, as it was a "Gift" from my late wife, but her gift will allow us to make a move to a better place for home, school and friends... Well, and work as well!!

I have (IIRC) the Red Shipping box for the R1-MX. If I can locate it in storage it will be shipped in it. IF I can locate it....

It is a mixed thing.... Of course loosing her is and was devastating.... BUT how many people can say they were married to a loving, kind and wonderful woman and in 7.5 years plus courtship never exchanged a harsh word, never fought...... Blessed with her and the time in my life I was given and the two amazing little princesses she and I so wished for and she gave birth to..

And her unerring support for a crazy husband, from Land Rovers, Raising Hard Corrals to Red Cameras....... Really.... Although missed every day, I had what few EVER did.

And if you are in Northern or Southern California.... I can deliver in person and not tax.....

I will throw in 3 days rental of my Epic-X & Kit to sweeten the deal. With the caveat of paying me a basic PA rate or PD it is local/regional. Otherwise travel and PD if in Continental US. Based on availability and scheduling.

The funds from the sale go to move me and my family to SoCal and a new phase in life, so motivated to sell :-)

I'm sorry for your loss Scott. It's sweet what you said about being in heaven for 7.5 years. Although for many of us including myself, that makes it even harder to part with. :-(

This move seems more and more the right one. Of course, ask me after a couple of months post-move...

I had an amazing marriage, best friend and mother to my two princesses. In the end, I have to look at the positive, and staying here that was getting clouded by the loss.

Time to move and make the best of what we have been given.....
 
Scott, if you can wait till after Jan 1st, prices will go up on MXs again. They already have from a a few weeks ago.

I think you'll find more people willing to buy from you at a fair price than at a price that would make them feel guilty. I for one would not buy from you at a price that I did not feel was fair to you, and your current price is not fair to you (too low).
