Anyone have the latest firmware from RED to download? Can't seem to get it to download from REDs site. It says it's locked and I haven't found an answer on how to input what product I have.

Have you signed into the site? You need to be logged in to download firmware, so that the site can tell that you are an actual registered owner.

I have signed in, but I didn't buy my one MX from RED

That's why when you buy a Red camera, you should pay the transfer fee.

Gonna have to find someone who has an owner login.

Same issue...bought the camera from the market and red wont let download the newer firmware. Any MX user can help ??
