Paypal is 2.9% fee right, not 4%?

[Aaron Mikil Rich]

It is 2.9%. I just ran into a 3.9% fee with a lens sale about a week ago but apparently it was the regular 2.9% plus an additional currency conversion fee. I just figured they raised their fee prices. The correction has been made, thanks.
