Hi redusers

I'm having some trouble trying to get a feed from my R1 to a Blackmagic ATEM Multicam switcher. I've tried through SDI and HDMI and played around with the settings but still can't get a signal.
does anyone know any tricks to get this working?

Try match you Camera SDI/ HDMI (hdmi have some issue with BM switches) out port setting to ATEM settings.
for example, if your camera SDI out is set to 1080p, you must set ATEM to 1080p

The live HD-SDI feed out of the R1 is 720p. The ATEM specification seems to say it only supports 720p50, 720p59.94. So check that you have set the appropriate frequency & resolution to match your mixer settings for 720p, and also that the R1 Monitor Preview is set to VIDEO [720p] rather than MENUS[DVI].

The HD-SDI output is switchable to 1080p in Playback mode only. If set to 1080p, typically there will be a video glitch when going between 720p live and 1080p playback which can cause temporary black out on attached monitors and other kit as they lock up to the new setting.
