Just got my package in a few weeks ago. It came with the 5" non-touch LCD. I cannot figure out the focus peaking? is this even available?

Thanks in advance,

Aaron

No way i'm the only one who can't figure this out. There's no paperwork on it anywhere. : /

Hi Aaron,

The Menu route for Focus Assist is:

SYSTEM Button > SETUP > PREFERENCES > KEYMAP > USER KEYS > USER 1 through 5 > Function = MULTI

Once you've assigned a User button ( 1 & 2 are on the camera body, 3 & 4 are on the LCD and 3, 4 & 5 are on the EVF ), you scroll the settings by pushing the User Button to see √F on the top of the LCD. The image is now in Focus Peaking.

Another Menu path is:

VIDEO Button > VIEWFINDER > FALSE COLOR = Focus

Again, you will see √F in the top of the LCD screen.

There is paper documentation of the Red One in the Support Section of Red.Com but it is for Build 31: https://www.red.com/downloads
