I would check with your RED tech first. I was told a while ago that you should avoid using the old REDOne charger/power supply on your Epic. There are some differences, Just repeating what I was told.

The charger has only a 100watt output and it may be that the epic wants more. I remember the epic power adapter is higher wattage then the redone power adapter. Interestingly enough though the redone drains a brick 3 times as fast as an epic.... hmmm.
