Yep, kills preview. Works in Acrobat Pro. Pretty elaborate, probably too much for Preview to handle.

Nicely done!

Yeah this is really nice. Would be great for scripties. I like the pull down menus for most of the stuff. If only you could fill in pdf's like this on an iPhone, would be perfect for a 2nd AC. Anyways, nice cam report.

I'd love to see this, but it's crashing here as well.

The Preview issues should be fixed. Acrobat is a difficult program to master when it comes to compatability.

Either way, using Adobe Reader is the best way to deal with this in terms of saving new copies for delivery.

Any other feedback is appreciated.

We may be working on things like that. :)

That would be cool. Maybe an app that can sync with a laptop on set and print them all out. eh? I actually had a dream, I think related to this thread, that my iPhone was printing small documents out the bottom of it. Like a Polaroid.

Thanks Mike,

Looks great.

I've been meaning to put something together like this for myself for a while now.

I'm still using my old word form that was in large part based on the two part carbonless form from fotokem that I used at USC

The dropdowns have weird text. I'm assuming this is an incompatibility with Preview or perhaps a missing font. I like the idea though. Nice work.

Hey Steve. Yes. Adobe's pdf encryption creates wierd characters in preview. You wouldn't believe what I had to go through just to make it open in preview. However, it's not really meant to use in preview. It works perfectly with Adobe reader or some of the other pdf readers (all free) like Skim or Foxit. Give those a try!
