Hello!
My RED ONE no 6371 MX has not been running for more than about a week totaly. Almost as new! Most of the time with only the EVF connected.
But today it was important to use the monitor...
When connecting it it only works ok in the upper part, the rest is black. At first. Then after about 5 to 10 seonds the lower part slooowly turns more and more green, and finaly almost white.
Please see attached pictures.
The EVF works fine and the problem did not go away after updating to latest build!

Anyone out there having a clue to this problem?? Would be most greatful!

/Ulf P

Wow.....really bad, you will have to troubleshoot it to find out where is the problem, first start changing the LCD cable, I had a greenish issue in my LCD that was corrected only changing that cable, if the issue continue, try again changing the monitor, if the problem persist then the problem is in the output of the camera and you will have to send it to RED to be fixed. Just find someone near you with another R1 or rent a cable and a LCD monitor, you will find out where is the problem in 10 minutes.
Good luck!

I would check the cable also. It's in the LCD port on the redone not the evf port correct?
