I am the original owner. It's in like new, excellent condition. We shot just a few projects on it since new. It's located in Pensacola, FL and you are more than welcome to come inspect it in person if you are in the area.

We've been in business since 1985 and you can check us out at www.craigmeadows.com or www.fpgtv.com.

Or call me at (850) 474-6566.

In addition to the pics below I have a h.264 video of the package I can email to those interested.

Thank you.

Many reasons for selling. A little attributed with business being down thanks to the economy. We've been in business 22 years and have never seen a down turn like we are now. But honestly the biggest reason has been the work flow. It is often too big and slow (both shooting and post) for a lot of what we do. We often shoot and post the same day and it's on the air that evening or the next day.

It's a superb camera, as a video geek I truly love what it can do and I recommend it for those with the time and budgets to do it justice. Unfortunately we've discovered it doesn't fit our work-flow, market, or client base.

As a footnote; I do believe the economy will swing around 1st or 2nd qtr. '09. Everything goes in cycles - I watched Lion King enough times with my kids when they were little to know that! :)

Craig, what workflow were you using? There are ways to turn these projects around very fast.

I'm sure it's not just the workflow, but I was curious anyway.

Wow, Craig. Just now seeing your post.

Since you are local and I "know" you, I would be very interested if you would consider dropping the lens from the package. I might still be interested since I could sell it myself after buying from you.

Question: are your RED accessories some of the original, higher-quality machined parts or were they cast?
