RED on Bogen 501 fluid head... lol

Oconnor 2060HD fluid head arriving next week... but in the meantime what's a guy suppose to do but just try and see how his meager Bogen 501 fluid head will hold up against the RED. Its not doing so bad actually... heck I can actually pan from left to right... lol. Definitely not stepping away from the rig though... I got my eyes on it like an eagle.

No. LOL... it's mounted on a C-Stand. We just ordered the Red User Oconnor 2575PKG Deluxe Special from AbelCine yesterday.... incredible deal.. can't wait for the tripod system to arrive.

Well basically we saved thousands compared to other dealers. We ordered the Oconnor 2575c REDuser Package which consist of the fluid head, baby legs, tripod, cases and leg spreader. Plus the REDuser package for Arri MB-20, Formatt filters, Arri FF-4. Please give AbelCine a call for prices. I don't think they like it when others quote prices for them.

Seems like we may be getting an Arrihead 2 soon... what a change from the pauper 501 head... lol.. btw it's not holding the weight anymore. Ordered the 2575c but its slow coming... got the Oconnor tripod and baby legs with baby case but no fluid head, spreader or large case as of yet.

The good news is that our EVF has arrived and Abelcine sent out the Arri FF-4 (I'm finally having some fun with the camera).

Now if only the RED Drive would land.

Not so Guerilla anymore. Will have to order the red cheese plate and wait for the leg spreader to arrive... temporarily using a rug to keep the legs in place. Everything is almost delivered from AbelCine... awaiting Formatt filters/leg spreader and then we are ready to rock. Thanks to Gregger at Abelcine for putting up with my constant... is it shipped yet?
