Hi Everyone,

I haven't shoot with red one MX for quite a long time , although the last times I always used HMI lighting with no noise problems.
I have and upcoming shoot in which I will be forced to use tungsten lightning ( with no gel or camera filtration , I mean working 3200 º K on camera ) and one or two shoots with green/blue screen depending on the scene colours , the question is , Will the MX sensor behave properly ?

Does it generate any noise ? I had an awful experience in the past that I would not like to repeat ;-)

Thanks for your help mates !!!!

You've got to really push that exposure a little bit to make sure you don't get blue channel noise. Or, better yet, if you want to be rock-solid put an 85 of some kind on there to bump up the blue

Use the Schneider CTB series, much less stop hit and corrects the color in 1000K increments.

I use CTB's 1/2 all the time on shots like that. Prefer it over the 80 filter. I little more control over what source I want 5500k you know...
