I installed a motion mount on my scarlet-x (that is on the latest firmware) and when I switch over from ND only to Soft or Square shutter, the mount only takes in a small amount of light and very little is visible.
I have a sigma cine lens at f1.8, the ND settings at 1/3.03 fraction/.42 density/stops1.6 and ISO cranked at it's highest setting possible. Yet I still get a dark image in any shutter mode.
I have also restored the camera by reseting defaults and wiping, yet the issue persists.
Is this an issue with my camera settings or the mount?
