Red Monitor problems 4.7" Green Vertical Glitch Dots and Lines

Hey everyone, I just got my Red Raven a couple days ago and the first time I turned it on I'm see these thin green lines and dots glitching across the screen. I have tested both the side and top connections for the 4.7" monitor and I'm getting the same results. Has anyone every had or seen this issue? Any recommendations on how to fix this? Also I feel like my monitor and camera weren't even QC'ed together cause this happened right away. I should just be given a new monitor immediately and not have this taken in for repair... right? When buying a product it should be in working order right away... Thoughts? I picked this package up form Red in Irvine and I have also connected my Small HD monitor to the HDMI output and I'm not having any problems there, it's a clean signal. Thanks in advance for any advice and help.

I haven't encountered this personally but there are dozens of threads on the topic. Have you tried disconnecting, lightly cleaning the contacts, then reattaching? That can help rule out low-level errors. Otherwise if you're pretty close to Irvine, they could most likely take a look.

Super strange! Just got my raven today and the exact same thing is happening with my 4.7" display. Both connectors tried.dashed green vertical lines. It doesn't show through hdmi monitor (with vlock io) so im thinking it's either the monitor or both connectors. Sent in a support ticket. Just going through the trouble shooting steps. Super bummed that right off the gate there is problems
