RED Mini-Mag Won't Mount

Has anyone experienced an issue where they've download a mini-mag and then it can't be formatted? I download some clips on Sunday without any issues and now both my Mac and Red Scarlet -W are unable to format the card. They both see it, but formatting fails. I'm guessing somehow the card's software got corrupted by my computer, but I'm not sure how to resolve the situation.

If you have experienced this issue and have any ideas please let me know. I've got a request into RED support, but it's taking some time and I need the card for a shoot tomorrow.

so it will "mount"? try inserting the MINI MAG into the side SSD, go to the format screen then go to > ULTILITIES> SECURE FORMAT.

I've tried both the regular format option and the secure format option several times, neither works. The camera sees and can play the clips from my last shoot, but won't allow me to format or record new data.

You could try to reset the Watchdog to Read and then back to Read/Write on your Mac, is it then possible to delete Clips manually? Did you try to unmount and remount the card while the camera was running?
