Optitek Medium Format Speed booster. Pentax 645 mount, used this on a few shoots. You get 30% more coverage, and is great to use when you have to crop to get higher frame rates. 4K is about the same coverage as 6K on Dragon with the speedmount. I'll link a video I shot using the mount, lenses, and an SLR Magic adapter.

If you used this with a 6K dragon or a 5K Gemini it would get you close to full frame coverage. I know it works on Monstro too and the images are massive, to the point that you get barrel distortion on a 50mm.
