RED Mattebox with redrockmicro filters?

Hi!

Just asking around here if anyone knows if these red rock micro nd filters

work together with the RED PRO Mattebox.
According to redrock micro the specs are 4*5.65 while the RED Mattebox is 5.6.

Anyone?

I'd also be a happy camper if someone could give me any tips of what ND and polarization filters to buy. I know it's a matter of taste, I just wanna start somewhere...

Yes, you can use the RedRock filters with the RED Mattebox.

Both are 4x5.65 filter sizes.

The RedRock filters are good quality.

Not top notch, but they do the job and if you take care of them should service you for a long while.

If you want top notch then Schneider or Tiffen are the way to go... I prefer Schneider. They cost more, and I think they are worth it.
