RED MATTEBOX -- LOOSE STAGE

On my Red Pro Mattebox the stage closer to the lens has lost its grip. It falls out. The large thumb screws on each side are as tight as they can get. The Mattebox is less than a year old. The outer stage is find and has no problems.

Any ideas?
