I noticed that in both build 20 and 21 that my 18-50 data no longer shows up in the display no matter what I do. I have powered the camera on and off. I have selected and deselected the S4/i box, which for some reason keeps resetting to off when I exit the menu. I also toggled the lens info box to feet as well. This trick used to work in the past, not any more. Anybody have the same issue, or any ideas?

How old is your 18-50? And does it have yellow or white markings? It could be that the lens needs a firmware upgrade. Yes, believe it or not, the RED 18-50 has internal firmware that can be upgraded. You should contact RED.

Other than that, it could be that there's an issue with the lens itself and/or your i-data pins or system on the RED One...

S4/i port reset

S4/i port reset

Yes could be lens firmware revision issue, it would be best to contact RED tech support.

If the camera sees garbage or incorrect protocol data on the S4/i port it will automatically disable the port.
