RED LCD went black..

We have been working with our RED LCD for more than 2 years now and had 0 problems.. One hour ago it just went black. Nothing changes after we restarted RED. We changed the cable.. same problem. If we push one the buttons above the LCD turns white, that's the only sign it is still alive, but showing nothing..

Any suggestions..

Are you seeing any menus?

Is there another Red body you can try it on?

Does an EVF work?

No menus. Just pure black or pure white (when I push one of the above button).. No EVF here. I'll try to get another body or monitor to try..

perhaps reinstalling the firmware helps...

Try an HDMI monitor as well.

I reinstalled the firmware and every thing is back to normal.. Thanks Eric and Alexander for your suggestions..
