Entire video was 100% shot on KOMODO.

This collection of clips from water projects over the past few months using our Komodo paired with Salty Surf Housings.

nice one Andrew! you liking the Komodo in the water?

I was at Salty yesterday looking at the compact and full size Komodo housings, pretty amazing how small they both are compared to the full size DSMC rigs.

Have you found the limited high frame rates to be a big drawback for surf type work?

Thanks Steve! It's definitely much more compact. I haven't found the frame rates to a problem. Most of the time I shoot around 48 fps anyways. If you really need the slowmo then I wouldn't suggest this camera for it because of the major crop factor when going to 2K

For sure. I've got a Gemini and Salty rig to match, and find myself between 96-120fps the majority of the time, so as much as I want a little Komodo water setup it doesn't make a lot of sense spec wise. Hoping in a future evolution of the camera in years to come we'll have higher frame rates in that tiny body, would love to be able to shoot wide angle up close and personal in bigger waves with something tiny like that!
