Hello RED fam... Question: Is there much difference between HQ vs MQ quality on a full 6K R3d setup ?

I've been shooting the Documentary on HQ but I've been wondering... Got a few scenes left and might just go for MQ or even test LQ.

Any suggestions welcome...

According to the KOMODO OPERATION GUIDE Page 81, these are the data rates and how RED intended for the to be used. Whether or not there will be that big of a visual difference...?
