RED Irvine Closing to the public until March 31st.

Orange County California ( where our RED manufacturing facility is located ) has declared a mandatory ban on public or private gatherings, including in private homes as well as gatherings in businesses from now until March 31st.

As of last week, we already started moving the majority of our staff including sales and support to working from home so we are as prepared for this as one could be.. but obviously this will slow things down in terms of normal operations.

We will be shipping orders as fast as we can, To be clear , this is not a ban on businesses being open but we are getting ahead of things and Irvine shipping just quite literally become a solo operation and we also are redirecting new shipments to/from our other locations to help with the load. I am sure this process will change a hundred more times as this thing continues to develop, but the only thing I am sure of is that new orders may take a little extra time to get to you.

The safety of our employees and their families are our number one priority right now, so thank you in advance for your patience as we and the rest of the world gets through this global pandemic the best we can.

We are doing limited shifts in rotation practicing social distancing so they still are being done, just a bit slower than normal. We also are discussing extending the upgrade deadline which previously was the end of this month.

Just in Update :

Repair and Upgrades

RED Headquarters has now completely closed until at least March, 31, 2020. As such, all items in for repair or upgrade currently at the facility will not be completed or shipped out until staff returns. All items that would be shipped to RED Headquarters will not be received until staff returns.

Good call. We need to assist in any-way-shape-or-form to stop this COVID-19 thingie.

Anyways, I don't know why bars are closed. Alcohol supposedly kills viruses and bacteria right? So, this Corona virus would not make it thru the main entrance of a bar to begin with, yeah? We need people who are educated on science to be our leaders. What is better? Spraying alcohol on yourself or drinking the shit to kill germs? :0 :ihih:
