RED in the freezer.

Hello, quick question. We are wanting to shoot in a walk-in freezer tomorrow and I want to know what the lowest allowable/safe temperatures are for using the camera. We will be in -17 degrees Celsius/1.4 degrees Fahrenheit. If this is ok, what is the best fan setting to have the camera on? Should there be a time limit to how long we should be in there? And any other tips or advice would be great. I need a fairly quick answer, so thanks to anyone in advance.
