Hello,

I am looking for the software to control the Red Helium Live 8K system. It was the first generation of live broadcast system by Red. There is no operation manual or software downloads on the website. The system consists of a stripped-down Helium camera head with an optical fiber connection and a rack unit with fiber and SDI connections as well as 40G Optical connection. anyone out there who is sitting on info or software?

You can contact RED Support directly and request archived software or RCP documentation, as it was never publicly released. You can also explore third-party tools like FoolControl or Ctrl+R if your system supports REDLINK or RCP over TCP/IP.
