Howdy
Just wondering if any uses the Shoulder dovetail / bottom plate / handle mount for Hand held work??
Was looking at the ET Mantis, great idea with the adjustable shoulder plate and extended articulated rods, only problem i see with the RED gear is the
positioning of the head in regards to the EVF? Seems like a little awkward

and it is....

just make your rig longer, put the battery way out the back.. and your back to normal :)

Or just do what I do... Monopod or hand hold it as is..

Awesome. I hate when I read that the Scarlet/Epic "aren't suitable for run and gun" style shooting, and I can't wait to prove that wrong :)

Thanks for everyones suggestions and photos, appreciate it
I should have been more specific with my question, my fault RE: Using a RED ONE with the Shoulder dovetail / bottom plate and handle mount for hand held
