RED GEMINI - Audio monitoring through camera is great but imported has extreme HISS

Hey everyone,

I'm running a RED GEMINI with a v-lock I/O expander and a Rode NTG2 powered by a double A. When recording and monitoring the audio quality through my headphones it sounds great, no hiss or static. Once I import and listen to the audio via RED CINE or Premiere there is a terrible hiss with the audio. It's so bad that I can't fix it and retain good audio. Any possible answers you may have to my problem?
