RED Firmware 7.0.0 Power issue?

I updated both my Epic W and Weapon and when the menu comes up the power is blank (using a Wooden Camera Blue shape/Anton Bauer Plate) When I plug in the AC power it shows up but when i pull it out it goes to 0%? Any ideas please let me know asap thanks!!! xoxo

RED EUROPE: said "it's a WC issue & not RED", to prove this are you able to power your camera without the Wooden Camera adapter?

We use the RT OMOD's & WC V Lock plates, hasn't shown power for some time now.
