Red files offline in redcinex

Had an issue getting my computer to recognise my ev minimag reader today, had to unplug it and reattach a few times for it recognise, may not have been the best idea! Don't know 100% its the cause but its a fair bet as to why I can't view the files on the minimag, two say offline and the other two show thumbnails but don't play, tried in resolve too and doesn't see the files. It isn't the end of the world if i can't get them back it's annoying as its an evening shoot wasted but anyone have any simple solutions?

I've heard red undead works. I have never had to use it my self Marc

thanks I'll give it a go tomorrow will have to dig out my macbook! Be nice to get a windows version.
