RED EVF SPINNER MOUNT / NO ADJUSTABLE TOP MOUNT ?????

G'day people,

Does anyone know the status of the RED Pro adjustable top mount for the spinner EVF mount?

i know it was in the prototype stage, pending a new design, ect but still no sign??

It almost seems like an Incomplete package to sell the Spinner kit without the Top mount

Rather like a RED Brick without the Cradle??

I'm going to get mine tomorrow and see how well I like the EVF and spinner just using the swat rail attached to the side of the top plate like Greg Milneck has on his Epic. Here's a photo of it. If it works, great, one less bit of gear to fuss with. That adjustable bit can go crazy like in the second photo, waaay too much for my needs.

I'm trying to get the rig pretty lightweight and slimmed down. That ET mount on my R1 was great, but HUGE.

yeah iv'e actually thought about that configuration from the side of the tactical plate, you just don't get that customised setting you would expect
sometimes RED just baffles me?? That adjustable top mount would have been very popular, i'm certain of it!!!!
