RED EVF black lines across image

Our RED EVF gives us about 10 verticle black lines across the entire image (including menu and status items).

I tried changing monitor settings:
- PREVIEW between DVI and 720P
- PVW REFRESH between 50.00Hz and 59.94Hz
- EVF REFRESH between SYNCED and FIXED
None of the combinations solved the problem.

We did not use it together with the LCD.
It is not in FALSE COLLOR mode.

Does someone recognize this issue? We really wonder how we can get this fixed cause it is not workable with these 'overlay stripes'.

We are on a REDone MX Build 30.

ive seen old laptops do this... wouldn't hurt to put an email into red. maybe somebody else will know whats goin on though

Had that happen once. We were not able to send for repairs right away. After about a month, the evf died completely. Red diagnoses was dead lcd, it was an $800 part plus labor for the repair.

Probably not the answer you wanted.

WHat if the whole image is green? Has that happened to anyone? Does that imply the LCD is dieing or something else?

i am getting this also, I have just send my EVF to RED for fixing.
